It is that time again…football season! I am huge fan of college football and the NFL. There is something about getting a group of friends together to barbeque and watch a football game. Part of the fun is showing your team spirit by wearing your team’s apparel.
There are a lot of types of team apparel out there, especially during football season, that are not very sustainable. For some fans out there, their is a greener option for team apparel with Project 571. Project 571 sells organic collegiate and alternative clothing. Each product is made from organic cotton, recycled polyester, rayon, or bamboo. Not only is the material sustainable, it is also super soft and comes in men’s, women’s, youth, and infant options for clothing.
Project 571 college apparel is not only related to football, they also have other team sport clothing including lacrosse, basketball, skiing, hockey, and more. Depending on the college team you prefer will depend on what they have available.
Sadly, Project 571 does not carry my college team’s apparel yet and as of right now they have a limited selection of teams. Hopefully they will continue to expand their selection so I can represent my school in Project 571 organic apparel soon!
