		<description>Watering plants in the morning helps in the fight against slugs!!! Slugs are most active at night when it is cooler and they prefer to &#039;slime along&#039; in damp areas. During the day, the sun dries out the surface of the soil so that the surface isn&#039;t such a perfect slug motorway.

Secondly, water butts are also excellent for indoor plants. I haven&#039;t felt the need to use any store bought plant food since using the water butt water--18 months and counting--plants seem to have darker leaves and I think it&#039;s solved the brown leaf tip problem too.</description>
